The Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear is a guaranteed drop from one of the Spear-wielding Bloodfiends in a pond north of the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace.
| 1 |  From the Moorth Ruins site of grace, head north and enter the cave at the triangular pond. Pass through this grove that curves to the west until you reach the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace. |

| 2 |  Make your way north again until you reach another pond filled with Bloodfiends. The Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear will be dropped by one of the enemies wielding it. |

The Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear cannot be infused with a different Ash of War since it is considered a unique weapon. Weapons that are upgraded using Somber Smithing Stones are classified as unique weapons.
