Dropped by a Bloodfiend North of Ancient Ruins Base
The Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear is a guaranteed drop from one of the Spear-wielding Bloodfiends in a pond north of the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace.
How to Find the Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear
| 1 |  From the Moorth Ruins site of grace, head north and enter the cave at the triangular pond. Pass through this grove that curves to the west until you reach the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace. |

| 2 |  Make your way north again until you reach another pond filled with Bloodfiends. The Bloodfiend's Sacred Spear will be dropped by one of the enemies wielding it. |
