How to Get Soiled Loincloth

Found on Hornsent's Corpse After Defeating Leda's Group at Enir-Ilim

The Soiled Loincloth can be obtained by finishing Hornsent's Questline. If you finish his quest, he will be a part of Leda's group during the fight at Enir-Ilim. After beating them, you can find Hornsent's corpse with all of his gear in the same room.
