Crafted from Ancient Dragon Knight's Cookbook 1

The Ancient Dragon Knight's Cookbook 1 can be obtained from a corpse inside the Fog Rift Catacombs. From the entrance's Site of Grace, enter the first area, then turn left to enter the room with falling spikes. Make your way past the trap, and then take two right turns into the succeeding corridors to reach the corpse with the cookbook.
