Found Outside the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid

This weapon can be found at the bottom area behind the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid. Head towards the western area and look for a large tree root sticking out.

Drop down on it and slowly make your way down towards the bottom circular area. The Cinquedea can be looted from a corpse near some statues.

How to Use Cinquedea

Mainly Used To Boost Bestial Incantations

Though it scales very well with Strength with its B rating at max rank, the Cinquedea is a dagger and thus a very poor weapon for combat due to its short range. Its main use is to boost the damage of Bestial Incantations, which by themselves can stagger and take down enemies both in PvE and PvP.

Attacking with this weapon isn't recommended because not only can it not be infused with other Ashes of War, but it also cannot be boosted by any Consumables. It does, however, have use in its Quickstep skill, which makes dodging easier and also allows for repositioning to better cast any Bestial Incantations.

Pairs Well With the Clawmark Seal

With the Cinquedea in the main hand and the Clawmark Seal in the offhand there will be a significant increase in damage dealt by Bestial Incantations. The most common ones used are Bestial Sling, Beast Claw, and Stone of Gurranq.
