Azur's Glintstone set can be obtained from Primeval Sorcerer Azur after progressing through Sellen's quest. He can be found sitting on a chair near a cliff just after the boss, Demi-Human Queen Maggie.

You can ignore the optional boss and head straight to rest at the Site of Grace located besides Primeval Sorcerer Azur to reset the aggro.
