Looted from a room behind a fogged gate near the dining hall area with area with a Grafted Scion in Stormveil Castle.

From the Rampart Tower site of grace take the southeast exit and use the lift on the east to go down the dining hall with the huge painting of the Godfrey and his lion. When in the dining hall head to the northwest exit and you should see the fogged door to the left.

Use a stonesword key to lift the fog. Enter to pick up the shield but be wary of the two exile soldiers waiting for an ambush attack.
