Obtained From the Moving Carriage Near Consecrated Snowfield
Obtained from a treasure chest from a carriage being pulled by Trolls in the snowfield after exiting the secret path to the Haliqtree. It is found on the southeast side from the Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace but be wary as it is moving so the location may slightly differ.
