Contagious Fury is the default Ash of War of the Jellyfish Shield. To get this shield, make your way to the Foot of the Four Belfries site of grace in Liurnia. From there, look for the broken wagon surrounded by Jellyfish directly east of the Four Belfries. The shield can be picked up here.
