You can obtain this weapon by defeating the Dragonkin Soldier in the Siofra River. It can be accessed via a portal south of the Worshipper's Woods Site of Grace, on a fallen pillar with an Ancestral Follower archer at the top.

How to Use Dragon Halberd

Scales with Strength and Dexterity

The Dragon Halberd has a B scaling in Strength and a C scaling in Dex at +10. This weapon is a good choice for Quality builds that favor Strength, especially if you are looking for a weapon with good reach that has both piercing and slashing attacks. Equipping the Starscourge Heirloom talisman which raises Strength by +5 or the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom talisman which raises Dex by +5 can further increase the damage gained from the scaling bonus.

High Damage Physical Weapon

The Dragon Halberd is one of the most damaging Halberds in the game in terms of base physical damage. It has moderately fast thrusting attacks and wide slashing attacks that can hit multiple enemies at once. The Rotten Winged Sword Insignia talisman which enhances the damage of your successive attacks is a good choice to pair with this weapon.

Weapon Skill Deals Lightning and Frost Damage

This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War and is equipped with Spinning Slash as its default weapon skill. It is identical to the standard Spinning Slash animation but ends in a crushing strike and deals Lightning and Frost buildup. The weapon is imbued with Lightning for a short duration after activating the skill.

You can increase the damage of the Dragon Halberd's skill with the Shard of Alexander talisman which greatly boosts the attack power of skills and Lightning Scorpion Charm which raises lightning damage at the cost of reduced damage negation.
