Dropped by a Scarab to the North of the Ravine-Veiled Village
From the Ravine-Veiled Village site of grace in Liurnia, head north. The Scarab that drops Barbaric Roar will be on the water beside some rocks. On approach it will flee deeper into the rocks, alerting a trio of Man-Bats.

How to Use Barbaric Roar
Used to Get a Damage Boost and Modified Heavy Attacks
On cast Barbaric Roar buffs your attack power while also modifying the heavy attacks of your equipped weapon. Charged Heavy attacks now become a charging 3-hit combo. Best used when wielding Colossals (like the Rusted Anchor) on your STR build.
