Dropped by a Scarab to the south east of the Agheel Lake North site of grace in Limgrave. From the grace, follow the road south until you reach a bridge. The Scarab will appear at the start of the bridge.

How to Use Determination

Used to Power Up Your Next Attack by 60%

Determination is a weaker version of Royal Knight's Resolve, consuming 10 FP in order to power up your next attack by +60%. This Ash of War is best used when using on builds that poke and use single instances of damage (like Strength builds that use charge attacks or jump attacks).
