"A fetid pustule take from facial flesh.

(Vitality governs resistance to the effects of Death.)

It is said that this pustule came from the visage of the Prince of Death, he who used to be called Godwyn. As First Dead of the demigods, it's said he's buried deep under the capital, at the Erdtree's roots."

How to Get the Prince of Death's Pustule

In the Basement Area of Stormveil Castle

You can find the Prince of Death's Pustule on a dead body in the basement area of Stormveil Castle. See the table below to learn how to obtain it.

Steps to Obtain the Claw Talisman

Elden Ring - Prince of Death
Start from the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace. Head outside and turn right.

Head to where a corpse can be found leaning on a ledge.

Elden Ring - Prince of Death
Jump down until you reach the bottommost part of the area.
Note that you may take fall damage that takes half of your health when falling down from the first ledge.You can equip the Longtail Cat Talisman to minimize the damage.

Run towards the left side and jump to proceed to the next area. Watch out for the giant rat that appears from the right side.

Turn left and turn right until you reach another lower part of the area. Jump down to this area.

Run to the right side of the area to avoid getting hit by the mini-boss until you reach the other side of the room.
