Chance to Drop from Exiled Soldiers

This weapon has a chance to drop from Exiled Soldiers wielding it. The easiest place to farm would be near the Rampart Tower Site of Grace, in the room on the lower floor locked by an Imp Statue.

From the Site of Grace, take the elevator down to the hall were the Grafted Scion is and head towards the door to your left. The room with the Imp Statue will be found there and an Exiled Soldier wielding the axe.
