no, at most she can get 10% spectro damage and 5 piece set only works on character with spectro frazzle debuff which only spectro rover can inflict, on top of that you miss out on jue which is perfect for her since she gets both parts of the buff (skill and spectro bonus) and you get 30% spectro bonus from 5 piece set on Celestial Light set when you intro into her, so dont get it for her
