I haven't finished Act 6 yet so I can't check myself, but in Discord I've been told that the story is there even after the timer ended, and that the timer was actually counting down for the banner. I don't know why they would do that but the times line up

Why is this character story is timed gated? I mean, doesn't it more make sense if it is permanently available?
