Forager Brood Cookbook 4 is obtained by giving the Kindred of Rot found north of the Church of the Crusade a Sunwarmth or Warming Stone. Start from the Highroad Cross Site of Grace and head northwest towards the hill north of the Church of the Crusade.
Note that you won't be able to obtain Forger Brood Cookbooks if Moore dies during his quest line.
