Mad Craftsman's Cookbook 3 can be found on a corpse in the third floor of Manse Hall. Starting from the Site of Grace, head straight through the eastern hall then turn left when you reach the dining area. Pull the lever in the room and climb the ladder to the east.
Exit the room then climb another ladder and make your way across the wooden beams towards the opening on to your right. Jump through the opening and you'll see a hanging corpse with the Mad Craftsman's Cookbook 3.
