Found on a Building Near Haligtree Town Plaza

You can find the Viridian Amber Medallion +2 inside a treasure chest near the Haligtree Town Plaza site of grace in Miquella's Haligtree.

Head to the roof with the snail and sorcerer enemies and jump towards the lower roof below. Turn around facing the roof with the enemies and jump towards the open area of the building.

Head inside the small room with the undead enemies and open the treasure chest at the end of the area to obtain the talisman.
