Starting from First Rise Site of Grace, proceed forward until you reach the lightning enemy. Continue up the stairs and there will be an enemy summoning gusts of wind. Go down the staircase to the right and there should be a room with a corpse containing the Inquisitor spirit ash.

Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Mesmer

Obtaining this Spirit Ash requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.

Afterwards, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
