How to Use Great Knife

Scales with Dexterity and Strength

The Great Knife dagger scales with Dexterity and Strength but has the highest scaling with Dexterity. Adding points to this particular attribute will improve the weapon's bonus physical damage value much more than leveling Strength.

Has a Passive Blood Loss Buildup

This weapon has a decent amount of blood loss buildup but since it has fast attack animations, the status effect can be applied easily. The damage of your physical attacks can be enhanced by 20% with the talisman Lord of Blood's Exultation when blood loss is applied near you.

Infusable with Ashes of War

This weapon is infusable with compatible Ashes of War and has Quickstep as its default weapon skill. This grants the user the ability to avoid attacks by dashing in any direction.

Other debuffs such as Poison and Frostbite can be added to this weapon along with its passive to deal more damage from status effects.
