The Arrow's Soaring Sting Talisman can be found in a chest at the top of the Fog Rift Fort. To get here, travel to the Scadu Altus, West Site of Grace and drop down the ledges located west. Make your way through the fort until you reach a tower guarded by a Black Knight. On the left side of the guarded tower, you will see stairs that would take you to the back and on to the top of the tower, where the chest is located.

Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Mesmer

Obtaining this talisman requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.

After defeating the required bosses, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
