The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is in a cave hidden by a waterfall at the end of Ellac River. To find it, simply head northwest from the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace and reach until the end.

To get to Ellac River Cave, head north from the Pillar Path Cross Site of Grace following the east cliff edge, take the path going to the bottom area with a pond and Giant Miranda Sprouts, then find the nearby cave entrance.

Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Mesmer

Obtaining this talisman requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.

After defeating the required bosses, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
