Rivers of Blood Location

Obtained After Defeating Bloody Finger Okina

The Rivers of Blood is dropped by the invader, Bloody Finger Okina, after you defeat him. He invades your world when you approach the Church of Repose in the Mountaintops of the Giants for the first time.

How to Get Rivers of Blood
1 grand lift of rold
Activate the Grand Lift of Rold to reach the Mountaintop. To activate the lift, you must obtain the Rold Medallion by defeating Morgott, the Omen King in Leyndell.

Head North and pass through the Zamor Ruins which you'll immediately encounter after exiting the lift.

After passing through the Zamor Ruins, travel North towards massive stone bridge guarded by a Fire Prelate. Cross the bridge to reach the main area of the Mountaintops but be wary as there will be an Iron Golem that will shoot you once you reach the middle of the bridge.

After crossing the bridge, continue north until you reach the part of the map with a small patch of frozen water that connects to the mountaintop's frozen lake. Follow the frozen river westward until you reach the frozen lake.

Once you reach the lake, travel southeast until you reach the opposite side the lake and find the First Chuch of Marika. As you approach near the center of the lake, visibility will lower due to the fog and you'll be confronted by a dragon named Borealis the Freezing Fog. You can stand your ground or skip this boss fight.

Once you reach the First Church of Marika at the other end of the Frozen Lake, head west while hugging the edge of the cliff (to your left) until you reach the Guardian's Garrison.
7 Rivers of Blood Guardian
Once at the Guardian's Garrison, pass through the barricades and continue heading south (no need to clear the main garrison itself) until you reach a giant chain.

Cross the giant chain and continue heading south. After crossing the chain, you'll find the Giants' Gravepost site of grace as well as the Map of Mountaintops of the Giants East Fragment.

Once you reach near the south-most end of this part, you'll find the Church of Repose. You'll be invaded by Bloody Finger Okina while approaching the Church. Defeat Okina to get the Rivers of Blood and Okina Mask.
