The Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle can be purchased from Thiollier for 6000 Runes when you first find him near the Pillar Path Cross site of grace in Gravesite Plain. Make sure to purchase this weapon before Miquella's Great Rune breaks and Thiollier leaves to go to the Garden of Deep Purple.

Can Be Purchased Using Moore's Bell Bearing Later On

If you were not able to purchase the Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle before Thiollier leaves the Pillar Path Cross, you can later purchase it from the Twin Maiden Husks after giving them Moore's Bell Bearing. Moore will sell the entire merchant stock of Thiollier, so make sure to loot this off of him later in the DLC.
