Dropped by an invisible Teardrop Scarab roaming the snowy bank of the frozen river to the south of Ordina, Liturgical Town in the Consecrated Snowfield. It can easily be spotted by the pack of wolves chasing its glowing tracks.

How to Use White Shadow's Lure
Used to Create a Decoy Against Humanoid Enemies
White Shadow's Lure allows you to create a decoy that aggroes nearby humanoid enemies (as long as they aren't in combat). When facing humanoid enemies like Knights, this can be used to set up easy backstabs. It can also be used to allow you to sneak past them. Demi-Human enemies can be distracted by this lure while in combat; useful when exploring ruins infested by them.
