Dropped by Jori, Elder Inquisitor at the End of Darklight Catacombs

The Barbed Staff-Spear is obtained by defeating Jori, Elder Inquisitor at the Forsaken Graveyard of the Abyssal Woods. This area is accessed at the end of the Darklight Catacombs.

Reach Shadow Keep
Reach the Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus and go through the dungeon until you reach the area with the burning boats, Shadow Militamen, and a Fire Knight. Walk southeast and find a corpse on your left next to a ladder.
ⓘ If you've already opened the door that leads back to the Golden Hippopotamus room, you can fast travel to the Main Gate Plaza Site of grace to get here.

Climb Down the Ladder
Climb down the ladder and walk along the edge. Be careful not to fall into the water.

Go Through the Waterfall
Pass through the waterfall to find a hidden room with a long ladder. Climb down and enter the room to your left.

Go Through the Illusory Wall
Attack or roll into the illusory wall on your right to reveal a hidden path.

Use the Coffin to the Castle Watering Hole
Follow the path and interact with the coffin at the end to let it take you to a hidden section of the Shadow Keep. Go outside to find the Castle Watering Hole Site of Grace.

Reach the Darklight Catacombs
From the Castle Watering Hole, travel southward going through the Recluses' River Upstream and Downstream until you reach the Darklight Catacombs.

Darklight Catacombs Lever
Progress through the Darklight Catacombs by lighting up dark areas with the light levers found in the dungeon for easier navigation. Reach the depths of the dungeon until you reach the room with a giant Bigmouth Imp.

Evade or Defeat the Giant Bigmouth Imp
You can choose to defeat the giant Bigmouth Imp or go around it to reach the elevator leading to the exit to the Forsaken Graveyard of the Abyssal Woods.
ⓘ Should you choose to defeat the giant imp, use the lever at west side of the room to lighten up the room and lower the platform the imp is sitting on.

Defeat Jori, The Inquisitor
Once you have exited the Darklight Catacombs, defeat Jori, Elder Inquisitor to obtain the Barbed Staff-Spear.
