How to Use Raptor Talons

Scales with Dexterity and Strength

The Raptor Talons scales primarily with Dexterity and has the highest default scaling bonus with this stat. It has low Strength scaling but can be improved by using whetblades to change the weapon's affinity to better scale with your other attributes.

Has a Passive Blood Loss Buildup

Raptor Talons' physical attacks cause blood loss to build up. Filling up the meter will inflict Hemorrhage to an enemy, dealing damage that is relative to their HP. It has fast attacks that can easily apply status effects and adding either Poison or Frostbite can complement the passive of this weapon. It also has two unique charged attacks, the first one is a forward slashing jump attack with long-range and the second performs a retreating backflip attack.

The talisman Lord of Blood's Exultation and headwear White Mask are good supplementary equipment that will increase the damage of your physical attacks when Hemorrhage is applied to either you or enemies.

Infusable with Ashes of War

This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War and has Quickstep as its default weapon skill. This skill allows the user to perform a dash in any direction to avoid attacks and look for openings to attack your opponent.
