The Main-gauche can be looted from a corpse found in the armory room of Shadow Keep. Starting from the Shadow Keep Main Gate Site of Grace, head inside the castle and turn left. Continue up the stairs hugging the right wall and make two right turns. You'll eventually spot a corpse holding the Main-gauche.

Only Available in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

The Main-gauche is only available if you've purchased the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This weapon is a DLC exclusive and will not be available if you only own the base game.
