The Serpent Bone Blade has both Dexterity and Strength scaling but it has the highest scaling bonus with Dexterity. Leveling up this stat will increase the amount of physical damage the weapon can do and the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom can further increase the damage of your attacks by raising your Dexterity.

The talisman Kindred of Rot's Exultation and headwear Mushroom Crown are good supplementary equipment that will increase the damage of your physical attacks when Poison is applied to either you or enemies.

This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War and has the weapon skill Double Slash by default. It allows the user to perform a quick double slash attack that can be followed up with two additional inputs.
