Dropped by an invisible Scarab roaming the waters to the north of the Sealed Tunnel in Altus Plateau (just outside Leyndell). Use an AoE attack to easily kill scarab and obtain this Ash of War.

Prayerful Strike is an offensive Ash of War that heals you and nearby allies when it successfully hits. Best paired with a high poise build in order to avoid getting interrupted during the animation. Very useful as a source of healing in co-op or when using Spirit Ashes during fights.
