Dropped by a Scarab to the north of the Outer Wall Battleground site of grace. It will be in the middle of a camp of Leyndell Soldiers. Do not approach the camp from the Windmill Village side since the camp has catapults that will fire on you.

How to Use Lightning Slash

Used to Attack and Imbue Weapons with Lightning

Lightning Slash buffs your active weapon with lightning, before slamming it down and calling in a bolt of lightning that hits close range targets. Since it has no hyper armor, its best used when you have an opening like a lull in boss attacks, or when an enemy is stunned or slept.
