From the Giants' Gravepost Site of Grace, head south up the mountain, veering southwest past the Foot of the Forge Site of Grace to find the Church of Repose. Note that you will be invaded by the Bloody Finger Okina Invader NPC the first time you visit this location.

There is a glowing light on the ground in the middle of the church. Check the glowing light to get a Sacred Tear.

Okina - Flame Peak

The first time you visit the Church of Repose, you will be invaded by Bloody Finger Okina. Okina uses the Rivers of Blood to quickly inflict Bleed on the player.

Prepare some Stanching Boluses beforehand and practice dodging to avoid dying to this NPC. Defeating him will also grant you the Rivers of Blood, a strong bleed weapon that is viable in the endgame.
