Dropped by an invisible Scarab on the beach to the west of the Church of Elleh in Limgrave. Intercept and kill the Scarab to get the Ash of War.

Stamp (Sweep) gets decent hyper armor when used, allowing you to continue with the attack animation while getting mobbed. However, you can still get damaged, so it's best used by builds with high Vigor.
