To obtain this weapon, you will need to take the side entrance inside Stormveil Castle as recommended by Gatekeeper Gostoc. Proceed around the area until you reach the narrow wooden stairs leading inside the castle.

The shield can be looted from a corpse on a platform halfway up the steps, north of the Stormveil Cliffside site of grace.
