Dropped by a Scarab Underneath a Broken Bridge in Liurnia

From the Fallen Ruins of the Lake site of grace in Liurnia, head north until you reach a broken bridge with three archways. The Scarab with this Ash of War will be under one of the arches, above a few Land Squirts. Players will need to use a ranged weapon to bring it down since it you cannot lock on to it.
