It's a good idea to have the Reduvia Dagger in one of your weapon slots to gain access to the Reduvia Blood Blade as it can be useful in long-ranged fights.
This skill inflicts bleeding to enemies, and causes their Hemorrhage gauge to build up.
Reduvia Blood Blade's fast casting time allows it to be quickly used after each cast. Quickly connect attacks to build up enemies' Hemorrhage gauge.

It’s not a matter of levels it’s your build. It’s a dagger so you’ll need a good amount of stamina for both the ability and striking. You’ll need a decent amount of fp for the daggers projectile ability. It doesn’t cost a lot but for bigger targets you’ll need to use it plenty so if you don’t have a lot you’re gonna be using your blue flask more.
