This quest is unlocked after completing the Blood Resurrection quest, which is the final quest in the Dark Wood.
| Objective | |

| 1 |  Upon completing the Blood Resurrection quest, talk to Kashya, who is standing a little southeast of the Forgotten Tower dungeon. |
| 2 |  You will then unlock Auto-Navigation in the Dark Wood. Use this to navigate back to Westmarch. |
| 3 |  Follow the quest markers to reach Cain's Workshop in Westmarch. You will then enter a solo Story Dungeon instance. |
| 4 | 
Talk to Cain and wait for his ritual to complete. |
| 5 | 
Talk to Cain again, and the assist him with the ritual by interacting with the Worldstone Shard. Prepare for a challenging fight. |
| 6 | 
Kill the Demons that arise. |
| 7 | 
After defeating the demons, Ventar the Unholy will appear. Defeat him to proceed with the quest. |
| 8 | Help Cain up and then talk to him. Then, exit the workshop and talk to Charsi to end the quest. |
If you have a Gather skill, use it to gather the demons into one place, where it will be easier to eliminate them all with one skill use.

Focus your primary attack on Ventar. When he summons his minions, that's when you bring out your skills to eliminate them all, and continue your 1-on-1 with Ventar.
