This quest is unlocked while doing the Bounties Abroad main quest.

Diamond in the Rough Quest Walkthrough

Objective

Follow Charsi to Rakkis Square
Follow Charsi to Rakkis Square. Prepare for a short fight.

Defeat the Brigands
Defeat the Brigands. This will be a quick fight, as there are only a few of them.
3
Help Vic Up Then Talk to Him
Help Vic up, and then talk to him.
4
Reach Seril
Reach Seril, the Apprentice Jeweler. Talk to her and select Quest. Otherwise, you can select Services to upgrade or craft Gems.
Rewards:
・6,000 EXP
・200 Gold
5 Talk to Vic, who will momentarily enter the room.
6 Talk to Charsi, who will enter the room after talking to Vic.
