The only available Event in Mount Zavain is Ancient Nightmare. Players can begin this Event by first defeating Lord Martanos, a large enemy found in the northwestern peak of the map.

The Sentinel's Watch Safe Area is the only Safe Area that can be found in Mount Zavain, and is situated in the southeast portion of the map. It is near the portal that leads to Westmarch, and contains a Blacksmith, a personal Stash/Armory, Crystal Merchant, Identifier and a Waypoint.
