Yakin's Rarities & Antiquities shop in Westmarch is a place to gamble gold for random gear. Read on to learn more about gambling, how and where to do it, tips for efficient gambling, and whether it's worth it to gamble!
List of Contents
In Diablo Immortal, gambling is a service where you get the chance to obtain powerful, high quality gear by buying Mystery Items with gold.
The following categories are available to spend your gold on:
This means that you can gamble for every gear slot available.
Once purchased, these Mystery Items unidentify themselves in your inventory to reveal an item of random quality, sockets, and attributes.
Mystery Items are usually revealed to be of Normal, Magic, or Rare quality, but they do have a chance of being Legendary, so this system is completely based on luck.
Note that for each category of Mystery Item, you can only purchase up to 25 of them per day.
In addition, at certain intervals of purchased Mystery Items, they begin increasing in price. After the tenth item in a particular category, gambling

You can find the gambling service offered by Yakin, the Rarities & Antiques NPC. His shop is located in the southeast of Rakkis Plaza in Westmarch.
Note that you can only gamble in Westmarch once you hit Character Level 35.
Before then, the Rarities & Antiques NPC will not offer the gambling service.

Don't Gamble more than 10 Times Per Item Category
Never Spend All Your Gold
Prioritize Rings and Amulets
Salvage Unwanted Gear

There is a daily purchase limit of 25 items for each of the four categories per day, however, you'll see incremental price increases by 150% after the tenth purchase in a given category. It's best to stop here or switch to another category to gamble, as the cost of entry will continue to increase.
You should never spend all of your Gold on gambling, as Gold should be prioritized for other important services in Diablo Immortal.
Always prioritize using Gold to upgrade your gear first, as upgrading is more efficient than gambling when it comes to increasing your character's power.
If you decide to gamble early in Diablo Immortal, be sure to prioritize Rings and Amulets first.
Rings and Amulets can be difficult to find in the early game, so gambling offers you a way to fill up your secondary gear slots more quickly through the use of Gold.
To make the best use of the unwanted items you get through gambling, salvage them at the Blacksmith for Crafting Materials.
These Crafting Materials are used for upgrading, so even the low quality gear you obtain ends up being useful in the long run.
You'll be able to accumulate an abundance of gold from completing quests, farming dungeons, completing Bestiary entries, and knocking out your Bounties for the day, so gambling your leftover gold at Rarities & Antiquities is not a bad option if you've budgeted enough for item upgrades and you haven't completed your collection of Legendary gear.
Although the odds are slim, you can win Legendary equipment from gambling at the Rarities & Antiquities shop. If you're short on time and don't feel like grinding monsters for Legendary drops, this is a convenient alternative. Set items, on the other hand, can only drop from dungeon bosses.
Beyond being required to upgrade your equipment, there are limited other uses for gold in Diablo Immortal, so if you've got some burning a hole in your pocket, feel free to gamble it away for a chance to snag some elusive Legendaries. Even if you don't get anything good, you'll at least end up with equipment to turn into Scrap Material and Enchanted Dust to make those upgrades a little easier.
