Diablo Immortal - No Cow Level Confirmed
Currently, there has been no news about a Cow Level making its appearance in Diablo Immortal.

There have also been no signs of a Cow Level in the past Alpha and Beta tests, but that does not necessarily mean that one will not make it into the game.

Given that the Cow Levels in previous Diablo games have been very well-hidden, we can only confirm their existence once the game releases on June 2.

The Cow Level is a recurring joke level or event that existed in previous Diablo games.

During the time of the first Diablo game, the existence of a secret level that would appear if you clicked on a specific cow enough times was a popular rumor.

While it did not exist at the time, Blizzard would eventually add Cow Levels into Diablo games as a nod to this rumor.

In particular, there was a Cow Quest in Diablo: Hellfire, a Secret Cow Level in Diablo II, and Not The Cow Level in Diablo III.
