The Market can be found in the south of Rakkis Plaza in Westmarch.
Interact with Dya at the Market, select Services, then select the Sell tab to see a list of items you can sell. You are able to list 4 items at a time and they will remain on the Market for up to 48 hours.
Select the item you want to sell, set the price, and wait. The item will automatically be set to the current recommended price, but you can adjust this to how much Platinum you want to sell it for (on the left is a list of similar currently listed items and their prices, which you can use to inform your decision-making).
Once your item sells, you'll receive a Market Notification in the in-game mail stating to collect your earnings from the Market. Head to the Market, check the Sell tab, then click on the Platinum amount under the item in your My Items list that sold to receive payment. If the item does not sell, you can pick it up from the Market and list it again (or keep it).

Normal Gems Rank 1 to 5 can be sold on the Market. As expected, the higher the rank of the Gem, the higher the price you can expect to receive. As Rank 1 Gems are the easiest items to acquire, the Market usually has an abundance of them for sale, so it is generally a better strategy to rank them up first to demand a better price.
Although it varies from server to server, Tourmaline Gems will reliably fetch the highest price of any Normal Gems.
As with real world markets, the Market in Diablo Immortal follows the laws of supply and demand. When there no are other copies on the Market of the Gem you want to sell, you should factor that into the price you set. Timing is key, and you can expect to sell Gems at maximum price if you put up an item that is currently out of stock, so keep an eye on the supply.
Skill Stones, which are crafted by extracting Rank 5 Charms at the Charm Craftsman, are big sellers. It costs 500 Platinum to extract a Rank 5 Charm into a Skill Stone, but it can then be sold for much more on the Market. If you manage to create a Skill Stone with multiple Skills from the same character class, you can demand even more Platinum.
There are certain terms and conditions that apply to the Market, and understanding the rules will allow you to start earning Platinum (or spending it!) without any confusion as to how things work.
Only Unbound Gems can be sold on the Market. These have a scale icon in the upper left corner. Bound Gems, like their name suggests, are bound to you and cannot be sold on the Market. This applies to both Legendary and Normal Gems.
There are two ways to acquire Unbound Legendary Gems: you can craft them at an Apprentice Jeweler with Runes through the 1-Star, 2-Star, and Random Legendary Gem options or get them as drops from Elder Rifts using Infinite Legendary Crests (not to be confused with regular Legendary Crests), which can only be purchased through the shop with real money.
Normal Gems from the 4-member party bonus will be Unbound, and these can be randomly dropped by killing monsters in the overworld or in dungeons with a full party.
Note that socketing either Legendary or Normal Gems into your equipment will erase their Unbound status, turning them into Bound Gems and therefore becoming unsellable on the Market.
What are Unbound Gems and How to Get Them
When you list items of high value on the Market like Legendary Gems and Skill Stones, there is a holding period placed on them whereby the public can view the item for 12 hours before it is put on sale. This is to give enough players a heads-up to set an alarm and have a chance to purchase the item.
When listing an item to sell on the Market, there will be a recommended Sell Price, but you are free to set the price above or below this number. All items listed must also fall within the range of the minimum and maximum price, which varies from item to item.
Items that are successfully sold on the Market will incur a 15% tax, so keep that in mind when you put something up for sale. Additionally, you have to pay a small gold fee when listing items.
Players looking to flip Legendary Gems for quick Platinum may find the strategy of buying low and selling high to be easier said than done, as items purchased from the Market are locked to your character for 7 days. After the probation period is up, you are free to try selling the item back on the Market if you wish.
In Diablo Immortal, the Market provides you with a way to purchase and sell Legendary Gems, Normal Gems, and Skill Stones to other players on your server.
Note that there are minimum listing prices on the Market, so items cannot be sold below a certain price.
The stock of the Market is only limited to the items previously mentioned above.
Gear such as weapons and armor cannot be traded over the Market, and must instead be earned by playing the game.
Platinum is the currency which players use to purchase items on the Market, and is also the currency they receive from selling goods on the Market.
Outside of the Market itself, Platinum is a special currency that can be obtained via daily gameplay rewards, Eternal Orbs exchange, or by being purchased with real money.
The Market is a location in Diablo Immortal which allows players to buy and sell certain goods they've obtained while playing the game from one another.
It is meant to be a way for the game to have a player-driven economy that doesn't impede proper gameplay progression.
The Market can be found in Diablo Immortal's primary player hub, Westmarch.
