What Is the Legacy of the Horadrim?

In Diablo Immortal, the Legacy of the Horadrim is a character progression system that allows you to give a permanent boost to your non-primary attributes.

The attributes this feature boosts include Life, Damage, Armor, Armor Penetration, Resistance, and Potency.

Found Within Iben Fahd's Sanctum

The Legacy of the Horadrim can be found within Iben Fahd's Sanctum in Westmarch once unlocked.

This location holds the Shrine where you can place and upgrade the Vessels you collected. The Shrine also tells the player where to find missing Vessels.

Requires Using and Upgrading Vessels

To boost your stats using the Legacy of the Horadrim, you need to collect and upgrade Vessels which provide the stats you need.

Vessels are unique items you can find by completing certain challenges and by defeating World Bosses. These Vessels require special materials to upgrade, which are obtained by opening Sanctum Chests inside Iben Fahd's Sanctum.

How to Unlock the Legacy of the Horadrim

Complete Challenge Rift 10

The first step to unlock the Legacy of the Horadrim is to complete a Challenge Rift on Difficulty Level 10.

This step is important as this Challenge Rift will drop Caldesann's Compassion, which is the first Vessel you will find in-game.

Reach Level 49 and Complete the Quest

Afterwards, you will need to reach Character Level 49 in order to start the Legacy of the Horadrim quest.

Following this questline to its completion will unlock Iben Fahd's Sanctum in Westmarch and will allow you to freely use the Shrine at any point in time.

How to Upgrade Vessels

Collect Materials from Sanctum Chests

To upgrade Vessels, you will need to collect Beryls, Garnets, and Sapphires obtained from Sanctum Chests at the end of Iben Fahd's Sanctum. These chests require Aspirant's Keys to open, which can drop from the enemies that spawn in Iben Fahd's Sanctum, as well as from numerous other sources in-game.

The required number of Aspirant's Keys needed to open a chest and the amount of materials it contains increases each time you unlock a chest, but the first chest is always free to open. The enemies inside the sanctum, the free chest, and the key costs reset daily.

Visit the Shrine to Upgrade Vessels

Once you have collected the necessary amount of materials, you can visit the Shrine to begin upgrading the Vessels you want.

Note that each Vessel will require differing amounts of Beryls, Garnets, or Sapphires, and that material costs increase with each upgrade.

Visit Iben Fahd's Sanctum Daily

Remember to visit Iben Fahd's Sanctum daily to farm more Aspirant's Keys and open more Sanctum Chests, including the free one. Doing so will speed up your collection of Beryls, Garnets, and Sapphires, and make upgrading Vessels in the Legacy of the Horadrim easier in the long run.

Completing a run in the Iben Fahd's Sanctum (reaching the chest room at the end) daily is also one of the Battle Pass quests.

Always Collect Aspirant's Keys

Since Aspirant's Keys are considered as Legendary Items, you won't automatically pick them up with the auto-pick up feature when they are dropped by the enemies inside the sanctum. Keep an eye on these key drops before you leave the area!

Make sure to also get Aspirant's Keys whenever you can from the Battle Pass, the Hilts Trader, and from numerous other in-game sources.

This is because Sanctum Chests are the primary source of Vessel upgrade materials, and you will want to open as many Chests as you can in in Iben Fahd's Sanctum.
