Eskara can be found in the Unseen Lair towards the end of the Quest Prologue – she is one of two bosses that must be defeated in the area, the other being Ifriss the Destroyer.

From start to end, Eskara will frequently summon several regular enemies that you may be hard pressed to deal with individually. If you have any available area of effect skills, now would be the time to use them.
This can be best done away from Eskara, which allows you to take care of the Mob away from Eskara's powers, or close to her to ensure that some damage can be caused against her through your attacks.
Eskara is capable of flinging attacks against you in quick succession – for melee classes, in particular, it is best to keep moving around her while flinging attacks her way every now and then to avoid taking any potential damage she can cause against you.
Her most basic – and frequent – attack is her ability to send orbs at you from range. These cause slightly harsh damage, but nothing that you can't shake off if you are hit. Keep moving around her and probing her with attacks, as these orbs do not home in on you when cast and are thus easy to avoid.
Apart from being able to summon regular enemies to aid her in the fight against you, Eskara is also capable of knocking you back away from her. These are telegraphed by golden circles appearing on the ground before their explosion, which allows you to navigate away from them as soon as she casts this attack.
