Many of the Glacial Colossus's attacks have a significant amount of windup. React to these attacks by moving your character out of the way and repositioning to somewhere you can safely attack the boss.
The Glacial Colossus's ranged attacks are particularly deadly. Keep an eye out for when they occur and either quickly sprint through them or avoid them entirely to mitigate the damage you receive in the fight.
Having additional enemies in the fight will only distract you, which can make you accidentally get hit by the Glacial Colossus's large attacks. Quickly defeat any minions the boss spawns to give yourself an easier time during the fight.
The Glacial Colossus swipes with its claw, sprouting a wall of ice behind you. This attack deals no damage but limits your movement, forcing you to reposition after this attack happens.
The Glacial Colossus performs a telegraphed stomp, dealing heavy damage and knocking you backward. This attack is usually done after Ice Wall and is easily avoided by moving out of the way.
The Glacial Colossus calls down the Iceburn Tear, shooting two rings of sharp icicles outwards from the Tear. You can avoid this attack by running away from the Iceburn Tear and slipping through the gaps between each projectile.
The Glacial Colossus digs itself into the ice, making it immune to damage. It then brings up the Iceburn Tear to shoot out two ice lasers that rotate around the arena.
Avoid the ice lasers and quickly defeat the minions it spawns to mitigate damage taken and force the Glacial Colossus out of the ground.
In addition, note that subsequent Ice Laser attacks from the Glacial Colossus have an extra third laser as well as ice walls which you can hide behind.
Concentric cracks form on the ground before the Glacial Colossus delivers a telegraphed stomp, sprouting ice spikes from each of the cracks. You can easily avoid this attack by positioning yourself between the concentric cracks.
