At the Docks, talk to Cain, who is standing waiting at the entrance. |
| 2 | 
After talking to Cain, head further down into the Docks and talk to Captain Rehm. |
| 3 | 
Talk to Captain Rehm once more and select Shassar Sea to travel to Shassar Sea and proceed with the questline for that zone. |
