The Curator can be found shortly after entering the Library of Zoltun Kulle and achieving the level requirement needed for the Quest Unseen Guardian. He can be fought near the entrance area to the Library.

As soon as the Curator appears, unleash all your attacks and skills you have available against him. The Curator is rather powerful, capable of quickly draining your HP due to the multiple attacks he has. On top of this, he has plenty of HP to absorb your attacks, so feel free to let loose however you wish.
At the part of the fight where the Curator makes multiple copies of himself, watch out for them as they are capable of unleashing the same attacks (mostly the Cyclone attack) that the base Curator is capable of. Any misstep you do that puts you in the direction of these clones' attacks is enough to knock you out of the fight.
An attack that both the base Curator and his clones are capable of executing. A small cyclone will be sent your way – these are not capable of changing their directions but do have a wide area of effect that can cause damage against you if you stand slightly away from it.
Around the latter half of the fight, the Curator will create multiple copies of itself. These clones are all capable of performing the same long-ranged attacks that their base counterpart is capable of, with the worst of these being the Cyclone attack.
A rare attack that, if you get hit by it, can easily deplete your HP gauge. This attack sends out an invisible wave in three directions with the Curator at the center.
The Curator's "ultimate" attack that he rarely performs. This attack may be tricky to avoid, as it creates projectiles that spiral out of him in a cyclone-like movement.
These projectiles are small and burst out at intervals, making it difficult to predict when the projectiles will come out for you to pre-emptively avoid them.
