Manoruk is not a particularly difficult enemy to go up against, although it does possess a rather lengthy HP bar. With its ability to perform regular attacks from a distance as well as summon regular enemies to fight for it, the best way to deal damage against it safely would be to just be selective in your attacks.
Alternatively, if playing a class with long-range regular attacks, you can inflict damage upon it from a distance.

The fight becomes somewhat harder once Manoruk summons regular enemies to fight for it. Allowing these enemies to live until Manoruk is able to summon waves of skulls against you will make it difficult to navigate the area and avoid said skulls. Eliminate these regular enemies as soon as they pop up.

Manoruk will be able to summon several regular enemies to fight you early on in the engagement – these enemies are weak and can easily be defeated. Kill them before Manoruk can perform Skull Wave attacks.

After causing Manoruk enough damage, he will summon several waves of skulls that move towards you. In between each wave, there will be a break in the line that you can move in between of that allows you to dodge the skulls entirely.

A large blue circle will appear on the ground which will then explode, causing any target within it to be knocked back and be temporarily stunned. The wind-up for this attack is slightly long, allowing you to safely move out of the affected area and into safety.
