What is Combat Rating?

Stat Affecting Damage Dealt and Taken

Diablo Immortal - Combat Rating Screen
Combat Rating is a Secondary Attribute in Diablo Immortal that affects how much damage dealt and taken.

Damage dealt and taken depends on your Combat Rating compared to the enemy's Combat Rating.

Because of this, keeping a high Combat Rating and staying in areas where your Combat Rating is greater than or equal to your foes is vital in progressing smoothly through Diablo Immortal.

Affected by 4 Factors

The 4 factors that determine your gear score are as follows:

  • The rarity of your gear
  • Your total gear score
  • Legendary Gems
  • Helliquary Level

These 4 factors combine to determine your Combat Rating.

If your Combat Rating is too low, it's because one or more of these factors are being neglected. Seek out legendary gear, upgrade it at the Blacksmith to improve your total gear score, socket your gear with Legendary Gems, and upgrade your Helliquary with Hellfire Scoria. If you can keep on top of this, you will see immediate improvements to your Combat Rating!
