Sargoth appears at the end of Temple of Namari, first encountered after completing the main quest The Final Summoning.
How to Beat Sargoth

Budget your Potions
Before going 1 on 1 with Sargoth, you will have to face three elite type enemies first: the Torrid One, the Coldsnap, and the Fallen War Matron. All three will have decent amounts of HP and can land real heavy hits. This fight is a marathon, attack only when you have a decent window to get back to a safer distance.
Time your Cooldowns
The entire boss fight will be lengthy as it will add up to 4 individual battles. If your skills have a higher cooldowns, you can let the fight go on a bit longer until your skills have recharged so you can deal the most damage.
Avoid AoE indicators
Torrid One
The Torrid One's AoE does not have field indicators, but the trajectory of its flaming attacks are easily predictable. Just be sure to avoid its sweeping flamebreath attack also.
Coldsnap
The Coldsnap's AoE has a wider range, but is easier to dodge because their AoE's are highlighted. These attacks will slow you down leaving you vulnerable to more damaging blows.
Fallen War Matron
Perhaps the easiest to avoid is the Fallen War Matron's single line AoE attack where the warhammer is brought down. This leaves the War Matron vulnerable on all flanks.
Sargoth Attack Patterns
Summon Mobs
Sargoth will repeatedly summon mobs from time to time. Deal with them as soon as they are summoned. They aren't as powerful as the previous summons, but they will still deal damage if you allow them to stay on the field longer.
Chill Hand
Sargoth will summon down a giant hand over a wide AoE infilicting damage. This will also slow you down temporarily if you get hit.
Ice AoE attacks
An attack that is similiar to the Torrid One's AoE flame attack, but instead inflicts slow when hit; and the Coldsnap's 3 wide AoE chill attacks.
